It’s no good having a thorough oral care routine if you don’t look after your toothbrush properly. Keep your dentist happy and your toothbrush in good condition by:
– Rinsing your toothbrush with water after you’ve cleaned your teeth.
– Allowing your toothbrush to air dry, preventing bacterial build up.
– Replacing your toothbrush before the bristles become frayed, and especially if you have had a cavity filled.
